Am vazut ca multi au problema asta de la cine stie ce tampit ce lucreaza cu trojeni sau pur si simplu din greseala...se ma intamplata )
Cum o activezi din nou Task Manageru ?....
Click pe butonu Start-->Run-->scrieti gpedit.msc dati enter
Apoi mergem la User Configuration-->Administrative Templates-->System-->Ctrl+Ald+Del Options
Aveti acolo Remove Task Manager[hehe aveti acolo mai multe lucru faine...dar ceea ce vrem sa facem acum e sa activam Task Manager din nou...]-->dublu click pe Remove Task Manager si setam disable sau Not Configured
Cam atat cu gpedit.msc acum o sa folosim fpupdate / force [tot din start-->cmd-->scriem fpupdate / force si dai enter] asta ca se updateze setarile anterioare
